What is the return policy?
Returns are possible for non-customized orders, within a period of 14 days.
Furthermore, in accordance with the law, items customized by you are not eligible for returns.
When will I receive my order?
For custom orders: Manufacturing time estimated at 15 business days (if there is a delay or advancement in the manufacturing time, you will be notified by email).
For "Ready to Ship" orders, we commit to shipping the order within 48 hours.
Where are your products manufactured?
The items are made by me; I don't use intermediaries. 100% handcrafted in Brittany!
