Shipping
As each kit is handcrafted to order, please allow 15 days for production before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with additional information.
Precautions for use
Care — Hand wash only, in cold or lukewarm water. Lay flat to dry. The interior wadding requires delicate care to maintain its shape.
Storage — Never store your device while it is still hot. Wait until it has completely cooled down before putting it in the pouch.
Handling — Avoid overloading the pouch to preserve the seams and finishes.
Return Policy
Personalized items (choice of fabric, quilting, first name/initials) are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded.
